Differences between the service in the national police and military service of law and order

By combining the dialectical and systemic structural method, purpose of article was to determine peculiarities in differences between service National Police Ukraine Military Public Order Service. As for their practical significance, there are three main types service: civilian, militarized specialized. It is shown that Ukraine, like Service, a state service, but Service purely military "paramilitary"; although both institutions perform relatively similar law enforcement functions tasks.
